The spicy avocado and jalapeño crema sauce complements the dish and provides the perfect mix of flavours, bringing it all together in one easy-to-eat corn tortilla wrap. This is a simple recipe with easy-to-find ingredients. We love that it’s quick to make and can be made earlier in the day and refrigerated. And now that warmer temps are heading our way, it’s a great excuse to get outside and throw the shrimp on the barbecue.
