These fictional stories are broken down into timeslip novels where each book follows one daughter in the search for their roots. Although fictional, there are historical parts of each story based around a real-life happening, and contemporary parts that contains an element of romance. In a nutshell, these books are about “humanity: love, family, joy, loss, fear and pain. And above all, the one gift that is more important than any other, and has kept us humans alive throughout unbearable suffering: HOPE”.

The podcast series “A Bit of Optimism” is hosted by best-selling author and inspirational speaker, Simon Sinek. In this series, Sinek interviews the people in his life that inspire him about love, life, leadership, and silver linings. In Sinek’s words, “The hope is that we all leave with something I think we need these days… A Bit of Optimism”. His goal is to inspire others around the world, to do the things that inspire them. If we can each do this, then together, each one of us can change our world for the better, which has a contagious, trickledown effect to the broader community.
