Atomic Habits by James Clear outlines how making small changes to your everyday routines can lead to monumental positive change. Both the book and audiobook (the latter read by the author) are excellent, and offer real, tangible, and tested guidance on implementing high-impact habits. If you’re looking to do things differently in 2023, Atomic Habits is a good place to start.
